Films: Abominable Snowmen (2013)

Summary: It's bad enough when there's one giant ape walking around the mountains looking for people to eat. But then you have yourself a whole group of them, and it all spirals to Hell. And they don't even have to be camouflaged completely with the snow. You're already dead when they see you...

History: A bunch of skiers and snowboarders have come to the snowy mountains to find their missing friends. But what they don't know is that those people have more than likely been reduced to bones at this point. Mainly because of the terror that is the Abominable Snowmen. These giant primates don't like it when people come into their turf, and they will kill anyone they see.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: The survivors manage to evade/kill most of the Abominable Snowmen they encounter, though one attempts to finish it by jumping on the escape copter. Thankfully, it gets a grenade to the mouth, and blows up, leaving the remaining humans to get out safely.

Powers/Abilities: None, though they are exceptional when it comes to sliding down mountains, suggesting great agility.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 3-They are certainly grotesque mountain apes, looking more like anthropomorphic bear-gorillas at times, but that's about it. The rest is overcome by some pretty bad CGI. Literally their uncanny appearances and great strength are their only saving grace.

Trivia: -This film's original title was "Deadly Descent". Shouldn't it be Ascent?

-This film was done in and around Sofia, Bulgaria. While there are some sightings of wildmen in Europe, there's nothing on the scale of Bigfoot or the Yeti. At least, as we know now.
